“At my check-up I was told that I needed a couple of fillings and should see the hygienist too. I booked my appointments but was dreading them as I have always hated going to the dentist. I told the dentist this and he asked what I hated about it to which I replied basically everything but most of all the sound of the drills. He suggested wearing earphones and listening to my favourite music whilst being treated so that’s what I did. I don’t know why I didn’t think of that myself and my previous dental practice had never suggested it either. Anyway I went ahead with the treatment and must say that it was the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had – and they were long sessions too!”
