Is Invisalign® treatment painful?
Your teeth can feel tender each time you put in a new set of Invisalign® aligners. This does not last – and it shows you’re on the way to a beautiful new smile with straight teeth.
Will Invisalign® treatment affect the way I eat?
Take your aligners out to eat or drink anything other than water. You can keep your aligners in to drink water.
How should I take care of my oral health and my aligners?
Carefully brush your aligners whenever you take them out. To look after your teeth and gums, follow a good daily oral health care routine in the usual way.
Will Invisalign® treatment affect the way I talk?
Some patients say their speech is affected right at the start of treatment until they get used to having aligners in their mouth.
Is this a safe treatment?
Invisalign® is safe treatment that’s been around for years.
